Job Description

  • Lead the overall legal function, providing strategic advice to senior leadership on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
  • Manage corporate governance activities, including board support and company secretarial work.
  • Develop and implement internal legal policies, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee and coordinate with external counsel on litigation, regulatory filings, and specialized legal matters.
  • Support and guide cross-functional teams on legal implications of business initiatives and transactions.
  • Drive legal training and awareness programs to build a strong culture of compliance across the organization.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and ensure the company's practices remain compliant with relevant laws.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive legal experience, ideally with both in-house and law firm backgrounds
  • Strong expertise in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law
  • Experience in a multinational or regulated environment is a plus
  • Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
