Job Description

* Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and brand identity

* Lead the development and execution of product launches, including market research, positioning, messaging, and creative direction

* Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal return on investment

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve

* Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching and guidance to support their growth and development

The Successful Applicant

  • Marketing leader with a background in retail or FMCG
  • Experience in both traditional & online retail preferred
  • Capable in a strategic, executive leadership position while still enjoying a start-up / entrepreneurial environment & willing to be very hands on, both in developing the team & with the marketing for the business in general
  • Available to work full-time in the office
