Job Description



Lead a team focused on developing an OE and Innovation ecosystem within the Manila Center.

Drive the development of a cross-functional governance model and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to enhance process improvements and operational efficiency.

Oversee the development and implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with global counterparts on various technology platforms, including Azure, Cloud-based technologies, Process Mining, and Microsoft Power Tools.

The Successful Applicant

Extensive leadership experience in OE and team management in a GBS environment.

Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies, with certifications in one or more of these areas.

Experience managing and mentoring teams of Solutions Architects or Developers to align with global counterparts and process improvements.
