Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead brand positioning and category creation for the company's energy solutions
  • Build and execute integrated marketing strategies (events, digital, thought leadership, partnerships)
  • Drive market education initiatives around energy portfolio management, compliance, and renewable procurement
  • Develop case studies, industry reports, and credibility-building campaigns
  • Oversee marketing ROI and pipeline contribution metrics
  • Oversee account management and customer success teams
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for all products
  • Improve implementation timelines and service delivery standards
  • Establish client performance reporting frameworks
  • Drive renewal rates and upsell of energy solutions

The Successful Applicant

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of senior leadership experience in energy, utilities, sustainability, or other regulated industries
  • Proven experience managing multi-functional teams across marketing, operations, finance, and HR
  • Demonstrated success scaling operations in a growth-stage or founder-led organization
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue and service-based business models
  • Financially literate, with experience overseeing budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Strong communicator, able to translate technical or complex concepts into clear positioning and internal alignment
  • Comfortable operating in close partnership with a founder/CEO in a complementary leadership dynamic
