  • Build robust lifecycle communication chains, retention based initiatives, and continual education for contractors
  • Strength in automation through lifecycle data, communication, and engagement

The Successful Applicant

  • Has in-depth knowledge and best practices for keeping contractors informed, engaged, and happy
  • Tenacious and strategic thinker with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
  • Organizational, project management, time management, and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills around the technical, product, and accounting-related questions.
  • Highly quantitative and a data-informed approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Strong competency in spreadsheets and presentation software
  • Communication at all levels, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate individuals
