Job Description

  • As the Head of Partnerships, proactively implement strategies to enhance and maintain strong business relationships, anticipate customer needs, and provide high quality service at all times
  • Relationship management of all current & future clients of the company
  • Develop effective client retention plans that relate to the company's targets for sales and client retention
  • Work with the CEO to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership roles
  • Experience in Real Estate and Property, Insurance, Banking, or other related service industries
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Passion for solving customer problems
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
