Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Restaurant Operations:

  • Improve and implement processes, operational standards & manuals
  • Execute market- specific operational policies and procedures across the country
  • Deliver standards for store openings

The Successful Applicant

Must have at least 8 years of experience with great career progression in restaurant/ F&B operations

Has handled store openings, amenable to travel

Must have been exposed/ been with a growing & dynamic organization
