Job Description

The responsibilities of the Head of Retail Operations include:

  • Develop and implement operations strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and supply chain, to support overall business goals and initiatives.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained across all locations.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

The Head of Retail Operations has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related fields
