Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Retail Operations:

  • Improve and implement processes, operational standards & manuals
  • Execute market- specific operational policies and procedures
  • Deliver standards for store openings
  • Execute/ oversee VM standards
  • Deliver set targets and KPI



The Successful Applicant

Must have at least 7 years of experience with great career progression in retail operations

Must have experience in the fashion/ apparel/ accessories space or similar (not F&B/ restaurants)

Has handled expansion and store openings

Must have been exposed/ been with a growing organization and very dynamic environment
