Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
  • Lead the identification, assessment, and management of potential risks.
  • Monitor and analyze risk-related information and trends.
  • Report to the Board and relevant committees on risk matters and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding risk management.
  • Manage the organization's risk profile and tolerance levels.
  • Work closely with the risk heads of the conglomerate's different business units.
  • Develop and implement business continuity plans.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong Enterprise Risk Leader with a good understanding of both Financial and Non-financial Risks
  • Interest in Sustainability and Information Security/Cybersecurity is a plus
  • People Manager; experience in effective team leadership
  • Stakeholder Manager; experience in working with senior leadership
  • COSO and ISO 31000 certification is highly preferred
