About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of Bathroom Sanitary Products with almost 75 years of legacy spanning across the globe. Recognized among the most iconic brands in their domain of business, they have aggressive growth plans which will be catalyzed by the sales leader who will take charge of the revenue and profitability targets. They are looking for a Head of Sales based in Manila.

Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will

  • Achieve annual revenue and profit targets through effective methods of consultative selling.
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing activities to meet company targets on sales and profitability.
  • Secure distribution of company products in the market and develop the distribution channel.
  • Establish sustainable business and cross sell to other product lines.
  • New market segment and to research on clients requirement and competitors products and pries (projects and commercial).
  • Give guidance to local sales staff through monitoring, planning, defining their targets and evaluate their performance.
  • Use CRM for all activities (client database, projects, showroom equipment and marketing activities).

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 10 years' experience in this industry with strong background in sanitary/piping building material industry. The ideal candidate will possess a University degree or above with ability to speak and write local language. High level of enthusiasm, full of passion to build up new relationships in the field along with a proven track record for the projects in the building industry is desirable. Ability to approach higher management levels - developers, architects, designers, MEP consultants, plumbers and contractors is key. The person will possess professional English skills and excellent communication skills on all levels. He/She must be willing to travel within the dedicated region (travel capacity up to 20%)
