Job Description
- Responsible for leading all wholesale activities in the pursuit of becoming the 'preferred partner'
- Establish profound relationships with decision makers across all key customers, build on a transparent and fact-based commercial platform ensuring mutual commercial success
- Drive profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth
- Implement strategic initiatives
- Ensure standardization and executional excellence across all sales activities, ie. Account Management and Segmentation, Trade Terms Policies and other functional initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 10 years of Retail sales experience
- Leadership experience in a MNC set-up, strongly preferred
- Advanced understanding of Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing
- Results driven, strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Can-do attitude, execution mindset
