With offices in APAC, their diverse team of scientists, researchers, linguists, dialogue designers have cross-functional expertise, and are constantly pushing the boundaries of humanistic AI conversation for ASEAN languages.

Job Description

The Head of Sales will:

1. Be responsible in leading Philippines sales team. Identify new sectors to develop and grow the Philippines SME and Enterprise customer base, and forge new and cultivate existing resell and referral partnerships.

2. Grow Philippines market penetration aggressively

3. Ensure prospects are researched thoroughly and prepare customized sales collateral and pitch proposals to prospects and prospects brought in by partners.

4. Work with cross functional teams (voice experience, technology and R&D) to see through the process end-to-end to ensure sales closure.

5. Manage the sales pipeline input and maintenance of the CRM system.

6. Localize and execute business development strategies, and reporting milestones to the Regional Head in Singapore

The Successful Applicant

Qualification and Skills Requirement - Head of Sales

  • Leadership qualities with a strong sales management and/or consulting background
  • Result oriented, successful experience driving fast growth for SaaS business.
  • Fluent in communicating the technology and value proposition to customers and partners. Able to drive engagement with customer stakeholders and partners and multiple levels of their organization.
  • Strong business acumen to identify and grasp opportunities with prospects and existing customers. Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work under pressure whilst delivering on multiple ongoing projects.
  • Relevant experience in, and understanding of conversational A.I. technology industry is a plus
  • High level of meticulousness and responsibility
