Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Design, plan, and execute employer branding activities.
  • Implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Oversee all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process consistency.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Keep abreast with new trends and advancements in the retail industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of TA should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Profound knowledge of employer branding strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make critical decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of the retail industry and its workforce requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
