This role will lead the talent acquisition team, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure our hiring processes align with business objectives and company values.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the staffing needs of the client's local offices.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and workforce needs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruiting strategies and improve hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that aligns with the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and employment laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
