Job Description

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management framework covering learning, performance, leadership development, and succession planning.
    • Lead organization‑wide learning and development initiatives, including leadership programs, capability building, and competency frameworks.
    • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a culture of continuous feedback and accountability.
    • Drive succession planning and talent reviews to build a strong internal leadership pipeline.
    • Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workforce effectiveness.
    • Use people analytics and insights to assess program effectiveness and guide data‑driven decisions.
    • Ensure talent programs align with company values, labor regulations, and best HR practices.



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in leading learning & development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and local labor regulations
