  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align Total Rewards strategy with business objectives
  • Manage the performance management process
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for compensation and benefits
  • Lead and develop the Total Rewards team
  • Deliver regular reports on the effectiveness of Total Rewards initiatives
