Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

  • Define, refine, and execute the company's end-to-end transformation roadmap, focusing on digitization, AI, process automation, and data strategy.
  • Partner closely with executive leaders to align transformation priorities with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and modern data platforms to improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience.



AI, Data, and Automation Initiatives

  • Lead the development of AI-driven products, tools, and capabilities from ideation to deployment.
  • Establish standards, frameworks, and governance for AI, data quality, analytics, and automation.
  • Oversee the implementation of RPA, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning projects.



Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary transformation team composed of data scientists, project managers, engineers, and process improvement specialists.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and experimentation across the organization.
  • Upskill teams and business units on AI readiness, digital literacy, and modern ways of working.



Program & Change Management

  • Oversee the delivery of transformation programs, ensuring initiatives are on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Track transformation performance metrics, assess impact, and optimize strategies as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in transformation leadership, digital strategy, innovation, or technology consulting roles.
  • Proven expertise in AI, data analytics, automation technologies, and modern digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI or data-driven programs from scratch, including architecture, teams, and operating models.
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams through large-scale transformation initiatives.



Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, data engineering, cloud technologies, and automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow automation).
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong program management and change management expertise.
