Job Description

  • Administer health and welfare benefits programs, including enrollment and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to optimize benefit offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze benefit trends to recommend program enhancements.
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and provide guidance.
  • Prepare and analyze benefit reports for management review.
  • Support the implementation of new benefit programs or changes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of benefit transactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Health & Welfare Benefits Analyst should have:

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant HR and benefits management tools.
