    • Perform actuarial, underwriting, and financial modeling for value-based healthcare contracts
    • Analyze premium loads, claims experience, utilization trends, and financial risk
    • Develop monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and performance dashboards
    • Support reconciliation and audit of payer and employer value-based arrangements
    • Identify underpayments, compliance gaps, and adverse payment trends
    • Translate complex actuarial and claims data into actionable business insights
    • Support contract performance reviews and negotiation analysis
    • Conduct ad-hoc scenario modeling as program data and assumptions evolve



The Successful Applicant

Successful Healthcare Actuarial Finance Analyst

    • Experience in actuarial work, healthcare finance, medical economics, or managed care analytics
    • Strong background in underwriting, claims analysis, and risk-based modeling
    • Experience working with value-based care or risk-sharing payment models
    • Advanced Excel financial modeling and forecasting skills
    • SQL experience working with large healthcare or insurance datasets
    • Understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and payer contracts
    • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
