Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations through effective compliance management.
  • Supervise administrative functions, including facilities management and office operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support where needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRAD Manager should have:
