Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the Human Resources department.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
