Job Description

- Partner with Regional and Local leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned to the business objectives

- Performance management, Employee engagement, Organizational development

- Provide insights and recommendations on HR matters to support decision-making and drive business results

- Lead talent acquisition efforts for the region, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding

- Diver employee engagement initiatives across the region, including recognition programs, team building activities, employee feedback mechanisms

-Partner with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulartions, and company policies

- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within the region

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelore's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on business partnering, and strategic leadership

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives

- Proven track record of success in driving HR initiatives that support organizational growth and success

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Retail experience is a plus
