About Our Client

Our client is a Leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Company, developing medicines to prevent and treat disease for people and patients all over the world.

Job Description

  • Partner with the commercial business to lead HR strategy, focusing on talent, capabilities and culture.
  • Collaborate with Regional HR and Operations team, understanding each business within the country and creating appropriate strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Partner with Centres of excellence and other HR resources to support the deployment of HR initiatives in the country such as organisational change, Centre of Excellence programs, HR Transformation, etc.
  • Consult and collaborate with Country Business Leaders in HR matters, challenging, contracting, and influencing as needed
  • Ensure efficient HR Service Delivery Model is in place to meet business requirements and improve customer experience
  • Lead development and execution of HR strategy and processes in country, aligning local, regional, and global policy and agenda. Identify opportunities for improvement, and leads continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support in implementing and growing usage of HRIS, and capabilities of users in effective usage of HR platforms
  • Work with Regional Employee Relations team and other HR partners to ensure effective support in employee relations matters in country and effective risk management of HR activities
  • Plan and forecast business's future need for HR support, and ensures efficient use of resources
  • Proactively develop and build capabilities of leadership team and people managers, integrating coaching and leadership development

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 12 years of relevant HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree, in Business Administration is preferred
  • Experience working in Multinational company, and multicultural setting
  • Proven HR leadership experience, and demonstrated excellence in leading teams and developing talent
  • Strong Business acumen, able to understand commercial aspects of business and enact change and transformation through HR to support business objectives
  • Experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred
  • Well versed with Labour code of the Philippines, and statutory rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, thrives in fast-paced, matrix environment and influence senior leadership
