Job Description



  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's long-term goals and objectives



  • Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent



  • Lead employee engagement, training, and leadership development programs to foster a high-performing and inclusive culture.



  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change, support business growth, and enhance overall employee experience.



The Successful Applicant

Key qualifications:

  • Retail / FMCG / Food & Beverage background



  • Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record in strategic planning and execution
  • Proven ability to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
  • Comfortable with reporting on key deliverables
