Job Description

    • Provide strategic HR advice to business partners and build human capital strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Execute People and Culture strategies and programs set by corporate and regional teams.
    • Facilitate clear communication between functional leaders, management, and employees.
    • Lead proactive Talent Acquisition initiatives, including university and industry partnerships.
    • Drive organization development through talent reviews, succession planning, and capability programs.
    • Support business leaders in managing performance and executing people‑related strategies.
    • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with policy and statutory requirements.
    • Manage employee relations such as conflict resolution, communication, engagement, and wellness initiatives.
    • Train and counsel managers and employees on HR policies, programs, and legal implications.
    • Act as Data Privacy Officer, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and data management.

    • Experience working in multinational organizations and with a highly professional workforce.
    • Strong generalist background with solid understanding of all HR functions.
