  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and retention strategies
  • Manage employee relations and address any issues that arise
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations
  • Foster a positive work environment and company culture
  • Coordinate with the management to strategize future growth plans
  • Handle performance management systems and employee reviews
  • Manage HR budget effectively

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • Strong ethical standards and high level of integrity
