Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with legal regulations.
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Handle payroll processing and benefits administration, including HMO management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
  • Support performance management and employee evaluation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid HR experience in the traditional manufacturing industry
  • Experience managing a plant
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and related tools.
