The HR Manager will lead and develop the full spectrum of HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and alignment with corporate HR standards. The role focuses on organizational development, talent management, recruitment, training, compensation, performance systems, employee relations, and HR operations.

Job Description



  • Organizational Development & Talent Management

    • Analyze organizational structures, roles, and competencies to support business needs and change initiatives.
    • Develop talent plans, career paths, and oversee job evaluations and competency assessments.



    Training & Development

    • Assess training needs, develop annual training plans, and supervise execution of learning initiatives.



    Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Coordinate with corporate HR on key hires and organizational changes.



    Employer Branding

    • Develop and communicate the employee value proposition and strengthen the company's talent brand.



    Performance & Compensation

    • Support managers in performance reviews and implement assessment systems.
    • Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and incentive systems.
    • Oversee payroll operations and ensure regulatory compliance.



    Employee & Labor Relations

    • Advise on legal and labor matters, employee contracts, and compliance.
    • Manage relations with unions and institutions when needed; handle disciplinary actions.



    HR Operations & Reporting

    • Contribute to HR budgeting, monitor labor costs, and report HR KPIs.
    • Ensure effective internal HR communication and alignment with corporate HR guidelines.



    Leadership & Compliance

    • Lead and develop the HR team.
    • Ensure adherence to workplace safety, ethical guidelines, and data confidentiality.



    Reporting LineReports to the General Manager and functionally to the Regional HR Manager.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong labor law knowledge and HR analytics experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, and relationship‑building ability.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem‑solving capability, and adaptability.
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
