Job Description

  • Lead and manage the HR operations team to ensure seamless execution of HR processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR functions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address workforce needs and support business goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Drive process efficiencies and technology adoption within the HR department.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and HR best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Operations Head should have:
