This role will oversee end-to-end HR operations across regional branches and ensure efficient service delivery during a period of rapid organizational growth.

The client is a rapidly expanding FinTech lending organization that supports micro, small, and grassroots-level enterprises across the Philippines. With a nationwide branch network and a 4,000‑strong workforce scaling to 5,000 this year, the company operates in a fast-paced, high‑growth environment requiring strong operational support.

Job Description

HR Operations & Governance

  • Lead and manage HR operations across all regional branches.
  • Oversee implementation of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee life cycle management, timekeeping, and HR documentation.
  • Standardize and streamline manual HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation across all sites.



Workforce Management

  • Support the operations of a 4K-5K headcount, primarily in field or branch settings.
  • Partner with branch leadership to address employee concerns, HR issues, and operational needs.
  • Monitor HR service levels and continuously improve turnaround times.



People Management & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Head of HR to align operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and other HR units.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to HR staff assigned to various branches.



Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across the organization.
  • Prepare regular HR operations reports and insights for leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Ops (NCR) Manager should have:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in fast-scaling organizations or companies with large regional headcount.
  • Background managing multi-site or branch-based operations.
  • Experience overseeing HR processes for large workforces (thousands).
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and operational HR compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
