The HR Organizational Development (OD) Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that improve organizational effectiveness and employee development for the client. This role will directly report to the CEO and will focus on talent management, leadership development, change management, and performance improvement to support the company's strategic goals and enhance its organizational culture.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs to build leadership capabilities across the organization.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address organizational development needs.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a consultant to managers and employees on OD-related matters.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or related HR functions.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful OD programs and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and leadership development.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using HR and OD tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in the food distribution or related industry is preferred.
