The Successful Applicant

- 3-5 years total experience, with 2-3 years experience in payroll and compensation & benefits

- Keen to upskill and learn labor relations and global mobility

- Coachable, used to / can adapt to startup / scale up culture, critical mindset

- Multinaional company experience is preferred
