Job Description

Review, set-up, and manage Service Delivery structure, roles and responsibilities, and policies and processes
Recommend and execute Service Delivery model
Integrate appropriate technologies into processes, source and manage vendors to support service delivery model
Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Document changes in processes and policies, and engage stakeholders for adoption of processes
Identify customer and business needs and overseeing service delivery and implementation of key initiatives
Lead the service delivery team and ensure the processes and tasks are carried out efficiently and according to Service Level Agreements
Assess customer feedback to further improve and refine processes
Establish Governance, Service Level Agreements, and People Data Reporting
Manage help-desk, Policies and Process Documents, Compliance and Vendor Management

The Successful Applicant

10-15 years of relevant experience in HR Service Delivery
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Critical thinker and strong negotiator
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Proficiency with HR IS tools and software
Well versed with Labour code of the Philippines, and statutory rules and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills
