Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide support for employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations relevant to the financial services sector.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration, including HMO enrollment and updates.
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance tasks.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and tools to manage employee data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a large organization.
