Job Description

Human Resources Director, based in Manila, with the following responsibilities:

  • Developing & executing the people strategy of the group
  • Overseeing the training and develop program of the whole business
  • Partnering the other business leaders, inc the owner on people related opportunities and challenges

The Successful Applicant

Human Resources Director, based in Manila, will have a background in HR leadership, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Background is open but applicants will have to clearly display the principals that are critical to the company.
