Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Plan and monitor employee performance management systems and professional development programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support organizational objectives and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure consistent and excellent service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources Director should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in HR leadership within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
