Job Description

  • Manage front-line customer interactions, including planning, establishing, and maintaining relationships.
  • Identify sales opportunities and engage with key decision-makers to influence project outcomes.
  • Analyze customer needs, provide strategic guidance, and resolve pain points to enhance satisfaction and foster partnerships.
  • Conduct industry research, monitor trends, and strategize events to enhance market competitiveness.
  • Lead or support sales projects, coordinating internal resources for effective implementation.
  • Guide project negotiations, improve contract terms, and oversee transactional activities, including dispute resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Administration, with a keen interest in technical products.
  • 5-10 years of Account Management experience in the ICT industry, ideally in Enterprise/Carrier Business.
  • Solid understanding of ICT products and services.
  • Strong technical acumen and a proactive sales approach.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-driven team player focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in English (proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous).
