Ensure that the Brand Essence is consistently reflected in all brand messaging and actions.Deliver product experiences that meet or exceed consumer expectations, both nutritionally and sensorially.Ensure the brand makes a meaningful impact in three key areas: individuals & families, communities, and the planet.Lead the creation of Big Ideas and Campaign Concepts, integrating them into engagement strategies that deliver compelling and rewarding brand experiences for target consumers. Identify opportunities for above-market campaigns.Drive collaboration with communication agencies, ensuring that all brand communications enhance the company's reputation and reinforce brand values.Understand shopper behaviors and motivations, helping design shopper experiences that delight consumers and drive engagement. Develop shopper strategies for the brand portfolio, provide recommendations on pricing, promotional strategies, and SKU selection for key channels and customers.Oversee the development and execution of strong, integrated brand and communication plans that support the overall market business strategy.Track and analyze brand performance and health metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.Assess the business impact of brand activities, prioritizing investments that drive the most value.Demonstrate leadership in fostering team development and collaboration.Develop, update, and implement the brand's digital strategy in alignment with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
