We are a leading global FMCG company, operating in various markets around the world. As we continue to expand our operations in the Philippines, we are seeking an experienced Innovations Marketing Manager (NPD) to join our team.

Job Description

Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market segments, consumer trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.



New Business Development & Project Management

  • Identify and evaluate potential new businesses and areas of growth for the company.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities to identify untapped opportunities.
  • Develop business plans and proposals for new ventures, partnerships, or acquisitions.
  • Oversee marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation.



New Product Development and Launch

  • Lead the end-to-end process of new product development (NPD) from concept to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to define product specifications, features, and positioning.
  • Create go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution, and promotional plans, to successfully launch new products.



Brand Innovation and Renovation

  • Develop and execute brand innovation and renovation strategies to ensure the relevance and competitiveness of existing brands.
  • Identify opportunities for brand portfolio expansion, product line extensions, and brand revitalization initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer insights to drive continuous improvement and adaptation of brand strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in a similar marketing role within the FMCG industry.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, preferably on a global scale.
  • Strong expertise in new product development (NPD) and successful product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.
