The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across assigned territories by managing end‑user accounts, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with channel partners. This role requires proactive customer engagement, effective use of sales tools, and the ability to deliver consistent results in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

The cybersecurity division is experiencing exceptional growth, and this new Inside Sales team represents a strategic move to sell directly to end customers in Australia and New Zealand-covering industries such as finance, healthcare, mining, retail, and SMB.

Job Description

* Manage assigned accounts: renewals, upselling, and new business opportunities.
* Proactively prospect and engage end customers (e.g., universities, banks, commercial enterprises) via phone, Webex, Teams, or Google Meet.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with focus partners to co‑sell and execute campaigns.
* Drive pipeline growth and close deals using sales tools and structured account strategies.
* Re‑establish lapsed customer relationships and promote the broader portfolio.
* Coordinate marketing campaigns and align with account strategy to maintain momentum.
* Pull in technical expertise and demos when required to support sales closure.

The Successful Applicant

* 1-5 years' experience in sales, ideally within IT distribution, vendors, resellers, or managed service providers.
* Strong ability to sell directly to end customers in AU/NZ markets.
* Proactive, confident communicator-comfortable on the phone and presenting virtually.
* Hunter mentality: energetic, accountable, and driven to exceed targets.
* Cybersecurity knowledge or interest is a plus; full training and certification will be provided.
* Adaptable, collaborative team player with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
