Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the inside sales team to improve skills, performance, and quota achievement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Track KPIs, analyze sales metrics, and ensure team productivity.
  • Oversee the entire inside sales process-from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, field sales, HR, and channel partners to improve processes and meet customer needs.
  • Manage key accounts when team members are unavailable and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching to strengthen sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, CRM updates, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Support the team in handling complex customer inquiries and negotiations.
  • Maintain clear communication within the sales team and with internal and external stakeholders.
