Job Description

  • Develop end-to-end delivery plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including software and system integration vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including bank executives, department heads, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.
  • Coordinate with software and system integration vendors to align products and services with project objectives and timelines.
  • Manage contractual agreements and service level expectations.
  • Track overall project progress, making necessary adjustments to keep delivery on track.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues, working with program leadership and stakeholders to implement mitigation actions.
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale implementations for Branch Teller Systems (preferred) or branch banking systems.
  • Experience working in the Philippines market or broader Asia region.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
