Job Description

  • Provide end-to-end internal control support across business processes and markets
  • Analyze internal control dashboards and financial data to identify risks, exceptions, and improvement opportunities
  • Drive the identification, resolution, and prevention of Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts
  • Conduct control reviews and support internal and external audit activities
  • Ensure effective control validation for digital and robotics solutions
  • Deliver internal control training and advisory support to stakeholders
  • Participate in pre- and post-implementation reviews for system and process changes

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field (CPA preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Finance, Internal Controls, or Audit
  • Must have experience in auditing factory or manufacturing operations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and exposure to Globe environments
  • Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Source-to-Pay (S2P), or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, IDEA, or similar)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Must be amenable to report in North Manila/Central Luzon at least once a week
