This role requires an Internal Controls Lead to oversee and manage the internal control systems, ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures. The successful candidate will spearhead the implementation of control measures and provide guidance to the Accounting & Finance department.

Job Description

  • Design and implement the company's internal controls framework
  • Conduct regular audits and identify control weaknesses
  • Develop action plans to mitigate risks and improve efficiency
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on internal control measures
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to improve processes
  • Support all internal and external audit activities through the provision of required documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Controls Lead should have:

  • CPA certification or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in an audit role (Internal and external audit)
  • Strong understanding of US Sox or UK corporation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
