We are looking for Filipino HR leaders with international working and living experience that can act as a strategic HR business partner, consultant, and thought leader in the areas of change management, team effectiveness, organizational design and effectiveness, talent and leadership development, employee engagement, DE&I, and workforce planning/analytics to handle overall HR for the local a global professional services firm.

Job Description

  • Drive people engagement across all levels in the organization
  • Oversee and steer the further growth of the HR function in the Philippines
  • Partner with leadership on driving improvements on our workforce management processes in, ensuring correct staffing levels to meet Operations and HR requirements
  • Transforming HR processes and increasing management's effectiveness, while ensuring great HR services within all locations, is a key priority
  • Actively contribute to global HR project initiatives and drive standardization and automation within the HR function
  • Building trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders and acting as a point of contact with executive leaders, key stakeholders and global teams will be part of the role
  • Provide policy guidance to leadership and apply knowledge across the disciplines of HR, such as workforce planning and analytics, talent acquisition and talent development
  • Provide and analyze reports and analytics of the overall HR performance and risks and derive appropriate actions
  • Continue to learn and develop a deep understanding of company's business model, brand, vision, and priorities, and stay on top of with business trends

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree level education in psychology, social sciences, or HR related fields; MBA preferred
  • Solid understanding of workforce management
  • Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams, preferably in a global service delivery environment
  • Strong commercial and business acumen to assess risk and opportunities for the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use data and analytics to solve complex business problems
  • Ability to motivate and influence the work of others that do not report directly to you
  • Sound working knowledge of local employment laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Successful at cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and creating partnerships at all levels within the organization to achieve results
  • International working and living experience preferred
