Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of the IT audit portfolio, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and organizational risk priorities.
  • Manage and mentor a sizable team of IT audit professionals (20+ headcount), including managers and senior auditors.
  • Develop an annual IT audit plan based on risk assessment, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Review and approve audit reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee evaluation of IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, cybersecurity frameworks, cloud environments, and infrastructure components.
  • Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate audit insights and influence control improvements.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.
  • Drive continuous improvement in audit methodologies, tools, and team capability building.



The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in IT audit, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large teams (20+ members).
  • Background in financial services and/or professional services (Big 4 or similar audit/consulting firms preferred).
  • Strong expertise in ITGCs, cybersecurity, technology risk, IT governance, and emerging technology domains.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
  • Must be amenable to a full onsite setup and fixed day shift schedule within the NCR.



Preferred Certifications

  • CISA (required or highly preferred)
  • CRISC
  • Other advanced IT audit or cybersecurity certifications
