About Our Client

A multi-national digital bank who's established their Shared Services Center in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Serve as a liaison between the business and IT departments, facilitating communication and collaboration
  • Responsibilities include managing the trade interface, addressing daily requests, and handling book contacts
  • Involvement in life management, responsibilities include handling transaction and collateral data
  • You will focus on the payment cycle, loan origination, funding payments, and notices.

The Successful Applicant

  • BS Degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or anything similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis
  • Experience or background in the banking industry focusing on either of the ff. areas: Lending, Payments, Loans, Credit, or Notices
  • Experience in Lending Operations, IT Affinity/Software Development, Functional Testing
  • Strong business knowledge is essential, with a secondary focus on IT functional testing expertise
  • Certifications are a plus (Business Analysis Professional, PSM, PMI, Agile, or anything similar)
