The IT Business Design and Transformation Director plays a key role in driving strategic planning and transformation within company's IT organization, focusing on the operating model's core services, enablement centers, and shared services. Collaborating with the CIO, ISG leaders, and industry experts, this director ensures alignment with business priorities while accelerating IT's strategic initiatives and resource allocation.

Job Description

Oversee strategy implementation, addressing blockers, and ensuring progress on transformation priorities while collaborating with the CIO, ISG leaders, and Experience Delivery Tribes to allocate resources effectively.

The Successful Applicant



  • Preferably at least 10 years of demonstrated experience working in Large scale Program Management Process Management, Strategy Management, IT Transofrmation and Business Transformation.


  • Exposure to IT Solutions or Telco industry.


  • Knowledgeable on process best practices and process improvement principle.


  • Solid IT background, good to have if in a Telco industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
