About Our Client

Our client is a leading and fast growing digital bank in the Philippines.

Job Description

* Maintains the Change and Freeze Calendar

* Prepares and release freeze notifications to the stakeholder

* Authorize and approves minor/lower change

* Authority to implement or reject a change

* Facilitates Change advisory board (CAB)

* Ensures that all activities designed to implement a change are as per standards.

* Defines and Maintains Change Management Policies and Procedures

* Prepares Change Summary that compiles all RFCs

* Provide relevant coaching, training, and support to the change management process

* Prepares and present weekly and monthly report to management and regional team

* Facilitate the deployment of all major changes and provide updates to the stakeholders and management.

The Successful Applicant

* Professional with 3+ years of relevant experience with strong focus on IT change management and implementation

* Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

* Excellent active listening skills

* Coordination and planning skills - thinking one step ahead

* Facilitation and moderation skills

* Drive decision taking

* Build trust with countries and an empathic approach

* Strong partnership and collaboration spirit, team player

* Apply a structured approach and strong organizational skills

* Hands-on, leading by doing - not afraid to get into the details
